Work, play and/or live in the City or Inner Surrounds? It can be hard to find the time to get your IT devices repaired. Most of all, the time and cost of transport and parking is an additional burden to bear.

With this in mind we are now offering FREE pick up and delivery of IT items needing repairing to Sydney and inner surrounds.

STEPS FOR FREE PICKUP & DELIVERY (subject to terms on this page)

  1. Contact us to arrange pickup of items and pay minimum service fee.
  2. We will diagnose and provide a quote on repairs.
  3. If accepted we will repair items and invoice the repairs (less minimum service fee).
  4. We will arrange return courier of your items to you.

Please note that we do just have a few T&Cs to adhere to;

1) There is a minimum $55 service/diagnostics fee on all jobs (this is the same if dropped off) which comes off the final price if you go ahead with repairs – however all our quotes are no obligation; so once your system is fully diagnosed you don’t have to go ahead with repairs if you do not wish. Mac, Alienware, and Vaio systems may be subject a higher minimum fee – please ask.

2) Minimum successful repair fee is $110 total on all items (less minimum service fee if paid)

3) We generally need at least a days notice. Pickup and drop off times are at courier’s time-table and discretion.

4) For repair fulfilment times we cannot guarantee until your device has been fully diagnosed and tested.

5) All payments must clear before return of items.

6) Free courier rate is Sydney CBD and inner Sydney Suburbs only; please contact us to confirm your location qualifies.

7) To Approved Customers Only – please contact us to confirm availability.

8) We provide 3 months warranty on all repairs but does not cover additional pick up and return of items (that is warranty is RTB at customer’s expense).

9) It is customer’s responsibility to ensure items are packed securely for transport.

10) We reserve the right to alter, change, or otherwise cancel this promotion without notice and acceptance for free freight is on a case by case nature (to approved customers only).
